No Cooling or Heating? Try Resetting Your Unit.

  1. Shut your system off at the thermostat.
  2. Leave your system off for about one hour.
  3. Check/Change your air filter.
  4. Change the thermostat's batteries.
  5. Restart the system.
  6. Allow the system to run for 30 minutes to 1 hour to begin cooling.

In Case of a Power Outage or Power Surge:

  1. Shut the system down at the thermostat.
  2. Reset your system breaker.
  3. Leave the system off for approximately one hour.
  4. Restart system.
  5. Allow up to 30 minutes for the unit to either start or begin cooling.
